Upon purchase, allow five-seven days for your product to be formulated and then shipped. For bespoke items, allow for two weeks for your formulation to be shipped. Tracking and insurance are included with all purchases.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages. Our items are packed with care and shipped as fragile to ensure safe shipping to you. If your item does not arrive to you, please contact your local postal service to file a claim. As your purchase is insured, it is up to you to stay in contact with your local postal service regarding your parcel.

Returns/Exchanges:
